Video 3: Importing Campaigns to Prospect MULTIPLE Sellers Simultaneously ***************** In this video, I'm going to show you how to use the Real Estate Prospector Software to contact as many sellers as you want AT THE SAME TIME! This will save you a TON of time, and is really the whole reason I've developed this software. Now, I can't really guarantee YOUR results, but using this system as I'm about to show you has gotten me up to an-unheard-of 95% response rate on my prospecting campaigns! Naturally, your mileage will vary. So - the first thing you're going to need is the templated SPREADSHEET I've created for you. You'll be able to download this in the tools section of this page. Once you've downloaded your template, use Microsoft Excel to open it. If you don't have Excel, you might be able to use Open Office or a Google Sheet to use it. Open Office is a free set of programs you can download at openoffice.org/download, and Google Sheets are also available for free online via your Google Drive. Once you've opened your spreadsheet, you're going to just fill in the blanks, save as a CSV format, and import it into the software. IMPORTANT: Please note that - although there are several options you CAN use to individually customize your prospecting, the BEST and EASIEST use of this software is to ONLY fill in the ESSENTIAL fields you'll need here. These fields are: Title, Address, and Number. If you want to send them an email, add the email address. Everything else is extra, and assuming that your software default settings are all correct, it will all be handled AUTOMATICALLY! I've just added these fields here for convenience & customization. Note that you don't have to fill out the City, State & Zip codes. That's just for you to identify or keep track of your prospects. Ok, so now that you have your spreadsheet loaded up with your leads, the next step is to login to your site & click on the 'Campaigns-->Import' tab on the left. When you do this, the software asks you to upload your spreadsheet file. You may either drag & drop it over or browse for the file. After that, click on 'Import' When the file is imported, you'll see this screen. Please pay close attention - this part is very simple, but also very simple to mess up on. ALL YOU DO is just DRAG & DROP a few fields from the top to the columns below. And ALL YOU REALLY NEED are the columns called Name/Title, Property Address, and/or SMS Phone Number if you want to send a text and Voice Phone Number if you're going to do the Voice Blast. Optionally, you may use the Email Address. So, just drag those fields down so that they're matched up over the appropriate columns. Once that's done, just click 'Import,' and your file will be uploaded. Note that it will indicate how many prospects you've uploaded. In this case, 2. Now, in order to actually SEND out your campaign, you'll need to click on the 'All Campaigns' tab to be taken to the next screen. Here, you'll see the names of the records/prospects you've imported. Simple CHECK the boxes of the ones you want to send out. An easy way to identify them is to look at WHEN they were published on the right. You can also filter by date (month) if you like. Once that's done, just click on the 'Send Message to' in the dropdown menu and pick 'To Selected' Be sure to take a last-second look at everything, then just click 'Filter' to send your campaign and prospect for your sellers! What happens now? Well, that depends on what you've selected for the means to contact your prospects! If you dragged down everything, your prospects will first get a voice blast on their phone. If they pick up the phone live, they'll get the message you have set up for this. If it goes to voicemail, they'll get THAT message you have set up. If you've chosen to send them a text (the best use of this system), they'll get the text message WITH THEIR ADDRESS AUTOMATICALLY INSERTED, thereby making these messages individually customized. Cool, right? Same thing for the email. And if your settings are all correct, you should start to receive text messages and phone calls within minutes! This pretty much works every time. You'll see. If you want to check your settings, just go to Users-->Your Profile, then scroll down to the bottom under Real Estate Prospector Default Settings. If you're sending out Voice Blasts, Make sure that you have the URL of your customized message set up correctly. This would be an .mp3 file that you've recorded & uploaded to your server.
